Veronica graduated from the University of Roma Tre.

She regularly assists domestic and international players operating in various sector market and the energy sector, negotiating and drafting a wide range of commercial contracts.

In particular, Veronica assists Italian and foreign companies in extraordinary transactions such as mergers, demergers and acquisitions and in the negotiation of commercial agreements and carries out analysis and review of commercial contracts between multinational companies.

Veronica advises both public and private entities on the development, acquisition and sale of renewable energy plants and real estate properties having various destinations, as well as on the setting up of joint ventures, mergers, contribution of assets and capital transactions with the relevant governance issues.
