After working at Morgan Stanley, Citigroup and Edizione, he held various senior positions, culminating in the role of Executive Vice-President at the Mundys Group, a global leader in infrastructure and mobility services operating in 24 countries worldwide, which was listed on the Milan Stock Exchange until 2022 under the name Atlantia S.p.A.

Over his thirty-year career, he has led and coordinated, as either target or sponsor, M&A transactions with an equity value of over €70 billion and completed capital market financing transactions worth over €20 billion. He has also built up in-depth knowledge of economic regulatory frameworks for infrastructure across various countries and markets, liaising with numerous governments and regulatory authorities.

He holds a degree in Business Administration from Bocconi University in Milan and completed a Programme in International Management at McGill University in Montreal.

From 2026 he joined the Horus Team.
